Cancelling an order

You are free to cancel your order and get a full refund up until the product has been dispatched. Simply email us at shop@zakfarben.com and we will cancel your order and organise your refund. Your refund will be returned as soon as possible but not longer than within 14 working days.

If your order cannot be cancelled because was dispatched, we would recommend refusing delivery and notifying us once you have done so.
